Job requirements

Languages:  English

Education:  Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication, Organized, Team Player, Excellent oral communication

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 05-10 people

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Employment conditions: Early Morning, Morning, Day

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Physical Demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and large workload

Specific Skills: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, Develop work schedules and establish procedures

Additional Skills: Maintain work records and logs, Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, Hire and train staff

Work Site Environment:  Outdoors
