Retail Sales Supervisor – 1 Vacancy Full Time

Riverside Convenience Store is a convenience store & gas station located at Wabasca, AB.

We, 2140363 Alberta Ltd. o/a Riverside Convenience are looking for a Full-time, Permanent Retail Sales Supervisor. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Employer: 2140363 Alberta Ltd. o/a Riverside Convenience

Work Location: 2001 Mistassiniy Road, Wabasca, AB, T0G 2K0

Work Setting: Gas station & Convenience store

Wage & Benefits:

– $21.88/hr depending on experience

– 4% Vacation paid and overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 44hrs/wk

Working hours: 30-36 hour per week (Full-time, Permanent)

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience

Language: English

Main duties:

– Oversee activities of store staff, which includes working on floor, and the cashiers

– Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules

– Maintain inventory and order necessary merchandise

– Authorize payments and activate gift cards

– Help customers’ questions to find items, return of merchandise and perform

– Handle comments, complaints, and more in a professional manner

– Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store

– Sell merchandise to customers if necessary

– Ensure compliance to health and safety standards, especially follow Public health orders of COVID-19

– May train or make arrangements for training of new staff
