Job Description:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage productivity improvement
• Solve problems and make decisions at supervisory level
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Terms of employment:

Permanent, Full-Time

Wage & Hours of Work

$18.00-25.00 an hour

40-44 a week

Expected Start Date:

As soon as possible

Benefits

Vacation: 4% remuneration of total gross salary

Contribute 50% of Benefit plan including Dental Plan, Paramedical services coverage, Vision Care Benefit after three months of employment.

Minimum Qualifications

Completion of secondary school is required.

1-2 years of experience in commercial cooking is required.
