Key Duties and Responsibilities:
– Oversee the overall customer service and operations at convenience store and gas station
– Operate cash registers and process cash, debit card, and credit card sales transactions
– Prepare day-to-day reports on total sales of items/fuel
– Recruit, mentor and train employees to ensure they comply with all the company protocols on workplace safety and sanitation
– Manage / Coordinate work activities and shifts of employees
– Authorize return of merchandising stocks and supplies
– Ensure items are clean and ready to be displayed and sold
– Maintain inventory at all items in order to minimize the amount of wastage as ensuring items to be well-stocked and correctly priced
– Open and Close the store by performing duties, such as closing cash register tills, unlocking/securing the store, etc.
– Order necessary stocks and supplies from vendors if necessary
– Interact positively with vendors and customers
– Provide best solutions when issues arise, such as customer complaints, shortage of stock, etc.
Work conditions and physical capabilities

Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications
– At least secondary school graduation certificate required
– Minimum 1-year retail sales work experience is required
Wage
– $21 per hour for 30~40 hours a week at 52 weeks a year
Flexible work hours
– Night, Evening, Weekend, Day, Morning
Benefits
– Vacation : 4% remuneration of total gross salary
