Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $21.50/hr-$22.00/hr depend on experience based on 30-36hr/wk

4% paid vacation, overtime pay

Work Location: 100 Kinosota Rd. S, Amaranth, MB, R0H 0B0

Work Setting: Restaurant, Bar in Motel

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years sales experience

Job Description:

– Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers

– Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

– Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise

– Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

– Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

– Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

– Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

– Ensure compliance to health and safety standards, especially follow Public health  orders of COVID-19

– Sell merchandise to customers if necessary
