88 Supermarket Ltd. o/a 88 Supermarket is looking for 2 Full-Time & Permanent Retail Butchers to assist with our gorwing business.
(We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Work Location: 4801 Victoria Dr. , Vancouver, BC, V5N 4P3
Work Setting: Grocery, Supermarket
Wage & Benefits: $20.50/hr based on 30-36hrs/wk, 4% paid vacation, overtime rate will be paid after 8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk
Education & Experience: Not Required
Language: English
Main Duties:
– Cut, trim, bone, and prepare standard cuts of meat and fish in an efficient manner
– Cut, trim, bone, and prepare according to customers’ orders
– Operate meat equipment (such as meat saw, grinders, bowl cutter, boning knife, skewer, and twine)
– Maintain the highest standards related to sanitation, freshness, trim and cutting quality, etc.
– Esnure orderly, and clean rpesentation of all meat within the butchery department
– Ensure work areas and equipment are cleaned
– Communicate any maintenance or product quality food safety issues to the SUpervisor immediately
– May perform other duties as assigned
