Job requirements

Language: English

Education: secondary (high school) graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend

Experience and specialization:

Tasks:

Manage staff and assign duties

Determine merchandise and services to be sold

Implement price and credits policies

Develop and implement marketing strategies

Determine staffing requirements

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Supervision:   3-4 People

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Personal suitability: Organized, Client focus, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication
