Responsibilities
Tasks
1.Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases.
2.Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents.
3.Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
4.Send and receive messages.
5.Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
6.Prepare and format page presentation.
7.Compile data, statistics and other information.
8.Prepare invoices and bank deposits.
9.Provide general information to clients and the public.
10.File material in storage area.
11.Label, file and retrieve documents.
12.Locate and remove files requested.
13.Organize and schedule office work.
14.Store, update and retrieve financial data.
