Fast Food Restaurant Manager (Day) – 1 position

Work Location: 4967 Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 3N5

Salary: $20.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Terms: Permanent employment, Full time

Work Hours: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, some nights (if needed)

Languages
English

Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience
7 months to less than 1 year of supervisory role in food service

Tasks
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the store (opening and closing procedures, new promotions, product launches, technical aspects, sales targets, costs, product quality and expiration, cleanliness)
Monitor safe count and deposits
Recruit, train and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Manage social media accounts and coordinate with outside marketing agency
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Provide customer service – cover staff shortage or if store is extremely busy
