Location：810 Quayside Drive suite 130, New Westminster, British Columbia V3M 6B9
Wage: $22.00 / hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Vacancies: 1 vacancy
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Main job duties include:

Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats for sale at self-serve counters or according to customers’ orders
Prepare meat for special displays and/or delivery
Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to customer requirements
Wrap and package prepared cuts of meat for retail/wholesale.
Ensure food storage conditions are adequate

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

Secondary school certificate and equivalent experience;
Physical Capabilities
Fast-paced and combination of standing, walking and lifting environment

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Minimum experience:  no related experience required, will provide training.
