CROSSROADS ESSO in Viking, AB is looking for a full-time Retail Store Supervisor.

Job Description:

·         Supervise staff and prepare work schedule

·         Manage inventory and place an order

·         Supervise store operations – sales reconcile and return

·         Organize reports on stock of supplies and the work of store

·         Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery

·         Arrange for maintenance and repair work

·         Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

·         Handle and resolve customer complaints and work-related issues

·         Maintain inventory and order supplies and materials

Job Requirement:

– Completion of secondary school is required.

– Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry

Term: Full-Time (30~40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage: $20.00 per hour By Region Map | Provincial Government Careers | Crown

Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
