Floor Covering Supervisor Full Time

Supervise, Direct, coordinate, and specify the activities of constructors, laborers, helpers, and trainees
Specify procedures and methods to meet the orders’ deadlines
Recruit, train, or arrange for training and supervise workers
Solve problems and determine staff activities to improve productivity and services to the clients
Prepare and provide monthly reports to the managers
Determine and order required materials and supplies
Education:
High school Diploma

Experience:
2-3 years of related work experience
