Shift Manager – 2 Vacancies Full Time

EBCO Products Ltd. o/a Burger King is looking for 2 Full-time, Permanent Shift Managers

(We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Position: Shift Manager

Employer: Ebco Products Ltd. o/a Burger King

Work Location: 371 Trans –Canada Hwy, Duncan, BC, V9L 3R5

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Wage: $17.50 – 19.50/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk with 4% paid vacation

Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8 hrs/ day, and 40hrs/ week

Language: English

Education & Experience:

– Completion of Secondary school

– At least 1-2 years experience in related fields or completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline

Job Duties:

– Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and portion food

– Establish methods to meet work schedules

– Ensure food and service quality control standards

– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

– Ensure compliance to health and safety standards, COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan

– Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

– May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets
