Food Service Supervisor – Triple O Full Time

JDKL Enterprises Ltd dba Triple’o’s located at 1660 Island Hwy E, Nanoose Bay, BC V9P 9E2 is looking for Two full time, (40 hours/week) permanent Food Service Supervisors.

Aboriginal, Visible minorities , Canadian, Student , New comers, Permanent Resident who can demonstrate required education and work experience are encouraged to apply.

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: previous experience as a food service supervisor is an asset.

You will be required to work 40 hours a week, in a rotating shift, including weekends and Stat holidays

Wage $17.50 per hour

Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Address customers’ complaints or concerns

You will perform following duties& Responsibilities:-

Prepare food on the grill, which involves cooking meat and overseeing the grilling of other kinds of foods such as vegetables according to the menu
Work collaboratively with the wait staff once orders are finalized,
Examining ingredients and making sure that they remain fresh and safe for consumption,
Ensuring that staff adheres to safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination,
Preparing meals in accordance with customers’ specifications within a specified time,
Train new grill cooks when they are hired, and guiding them on how to utilize kitchen equipment, prepare food, and cook food to healthy standards,
Monitoring the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is ready on time,
Ensuring that customers stay healthy by cleaning the grill regularly,
Ensuring that supplies are adequate by tracking inventory,

You will be working in rotating shifts including weekends and statutory holiday.
