Food Processing Worker Full Time

Makers of Filipino style tender and juicy hotdogs, FTG Foods Canada Ltd., currently have an opening for sausage processing worker and driver at our Bay 13 – 7003 30th Street SE, Calgary facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain bowl cutter, sausage stuffer/linker machine
• Operate sausage cooker.
• Control product cooling.
• Ensure high product quality.
• Clean and sanitize work area.
• Follow HACCP operating procedures.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

• Repetitive task;
• Need to carry cooked batches of sausages and packaged products;
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking;
• Standing for extended periods;
• Flexible family-friendly working environment.
