Cook Full Time

Ginza Japanese Restaurant in Westbank, BC is looking for full-time cooks.

Job Position: Cook

Number of Job Openings: 2

Language at Work: English

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and make various rolls and sushi

·         Handle all kinds of raw fishes by skinning and deboning

·         Monitor and keep track of food stock and kitchen supplies

·         Perform monthly inventories 

·         Train new or junior kitchen staff 

Job Requirement:

–          Completion of secondary school is required.

–          Min. 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage: $ 16.00 ~ $20.00 per hour (To be negotiated)

Benefit: 4% of vacation fee
