Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Duration: Full Time Permanent Position

Job Location: 5000 Highway 7E Markham, ON, L3R 4M9

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

Experience: 1 Year to Less than 2 Years

Number of openings: 1

Wage: $26.50/hour for 40 hours per week

Language: English.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

•Hire staff and train them for their work duties

•Schedule staff according to their availability and work demand.

•Assign duties to workers and supervise their activities.

•Sell merchandise and authorize the product returns.

•Maintain enough inventory and order merchandise as per requirement

•Resolve customer complaints and make sure they are satisfied.

•Resolve work place problems like repairs, equipment malfunction etc.

•Prepare weekly reports and report to owner.
