Retail Sales Supervisor Full Time

We, JK KOO Enterprise Ltd. o/a Bigway Foods are looking for 1 Full-time, Permanent Retail Supervisor

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Position Available: 1

Work Location: 444 Grand Ave., Indian Head, SK, S0G 2K0

Wage & Benefits:

– $20.00 – $21.00/hr depending on experience

– 15 Days paid vacation and overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk

Working hours: 30-36 hour per week (Full-time, Permanent)

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience

Language: English

Main duties:

– Oversee activities of store staff, which includes working on floor, and the cashiers,

– Involve advising staff, training new staff, and scheduling shifts,

– Ensure that price is correct, deliveries are made on time, counts are accurate, and always remaining items without unnecessary wastes,

– Ensure that the store is clean, safe and orderly, and make sure shelves are stocked,

– Help its financial goals; Includes evaluating the amount of stocks remaining and sold stocks

– Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets

– Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning

– Keep detailed records, such as expenditure reports, sales, and staff performance,

– Help customers’ questions to find items, return of merchandise & perform,

– Handle comments, complaints, and more in a professional manner,

– Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store,

– Sell merchandises to customers if necessary
