Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Provider to provide personalized care and support to individuals and families in need. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. You will be responsible for providing assistance with personal care, meal planning and preparation, medication management, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. With your compassionate nature and commitment to making a positive difference, you will ensure the well-being and happiness of our clients. Responsibilities:
· Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
· Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
· Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and personal preferences.
· Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
· Assist with household tasks, including light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
· Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
· Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide support as needed.
· Observe and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition to the appropriate supervisor.
· Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for clients.
· Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a caring and nurturing relationship.

Qualifications:
·       Over three years of experience as a Personal Care Provider or similar role.
·       Knowledge of personal care techniques and familiarity with health and safety practices.
·       Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others.
·       Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences.
·       Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move objects or clients when necessary.
