Number of openings :1 Wage: $32.00 /hour for 40 hours per week Language: English. Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: ·        Maintain troubleshoot and administer the use of computer workstations and peripheral equipment’s. ·        Communicate and provide support electronically and in person to the computer users including students and instructors facing difficulties. ·        Provide problem- solving services to other technical support analysts. ·        Diagnose and resolve technical problems experienced by users. ·        May take part in redesigning of applications and other software. ·        Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement the solutions. ·        Co-ordinate and may Supervise other technical support workers. ·        Provide all the technical support to the users to solve the identified difficulties.   Work Location Information:   Relocation costs covered by employer Benefits: Benefits will be according to BC Employment Standards Act.
