At this point. at LAKE SIDE COMPANY LTD. is looking for a Drywall contractor who will be responsible for providing the most sufficient and outstanding service they can.

Duties:
Prepare production and other reports
Supervise workers and projects
Co-ordinate and schedule activities
Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
Train or arrange for training
Set up machines and equipment
Estimate costs and materials
Recommend personnel actions
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Plan and manage budgets
Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements Prepare reports
Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Develop and implement quality control programs
Oversee the analysis of data and information
Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities

Requirements
3 years to less than 5 years of experience is required
