Retail Store Supervisor Full Time

Leather On Wheels Inc. dba West Coast leather is looking for enthusiastic, passionate and dynamic Store Supervisor to become part of our team!

Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Work Setting: Retail business store

Language: English

Job Duties:

·         Actively work on sales floor, drive sales and provide excellent customer service

·         Processing the sales transactions, and assisting customers with returns and exchange

·         Directs the sales staff and assign duties to them

·         Responsible for closing and opening of the store

·         Partners with manager and prepare reports on sales volume, merchandising etc.

·         Resolve customer complaints if any, in an efficient manner

·         Maintaining a safe and clean environment in the store

·         Comply with company policy and procedures

Required Experience:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson, sales clerk, team leader or cashier is required

Salary: $23.00 per hour for 37.5 hrs a week and overtime starts after 40 hours as per BC Labor laws
