Li’s China Grill is one of the most famous Chinese flavoured grill restaurant in Vancouver, we offer authentic spicy sgrilled fish, and fresh sea food BBQ. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has cook background to join ourteam.

Job Duties
· Cook of food items in each of the following stations: appetizer, plates and grill
· Preparation of food items including sauces, salads, garnishes, appetizers, seafood and
· Follow established procedures and standards for cooking with deep fryers, ovens, sauté stations and grills
· Setup, takedown and continued cleanliness of the kitchen line and preparation area
· Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· Ensure all safety rules and safe work procedures are adhered to at all times and ensuring all phases of food pmeets or exceeds health and safety requirements
· Implements and maintains inventory control systems to maximize savings and minimize waste
· Hire and train kitchen staff

Experience & Qualifications
· 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience is preferred
· Completion of secondary with additional program in cooking
· Physically demanding is high and be able to standing for extended periods
· Excellent inter-personal skills and solid ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task
· Ability to work under pressure, exercise good time management skills, detail-oriented
· Positive communication and the ability to demonstrate positive qualities in a highly stressful team environment
