Keep records of the quantities of food used, Portion and wrap foods, Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, Package take-out food, Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, Stock refrigerators and salad bars, Take customers’ orders

Dishwashing Skills
Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand

Equipment and Machinery Experience
Conventional oven, Grill

Kitchen Helpers Skills
Handle and store cleaning products, Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, Remove kitchen garbage and trash

Food Service Helpers Specific Skills
Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
