Mii Sushi & BBQ in Canmore, AB is looking for full-time cooks.

Job Position:  Cook

Number of Job Openings:  2

Job Description:

·         Prepare various types of sushi items including sashimi, sushi, maki, rolls

             and other Japanese & Korean dishes

·         Handle all kinds of raw fishes by skinning and deboning

·         Plan and develop seasonal/special menu

·         Perform monthly inventory

·         Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality

·         Hire, train, and supervise semi-skilled cooks and other kitchen staff

Job Requirement:

–          Completion of secondary school required

–          Min. 1 – 2 years of cooking experience required

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage: $ 17.00 per hour

Benefit:  4% of salary as vacation pay
