Construction Supervisor Full Time

Millenial Homes Ltd. is looking for Construction Supervisor with minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience with excellent supervisory skills related to commercial & residential construction. Eligible candidate should have high school or college diploma in related field. Pay per hour will be $34-38 per hour depending upon experience. This is permanent full-time position with minimum of 40 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time only.

Following are some of the work duties of General Construction Supervisor:

1. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of other construction workers engaged in carpentry, plastering and installing.

2. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors

3. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

4. Requisition construction materials and supplies

5. Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

6. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions as well prepare work progress reports

7. May also supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers and make employee schedules.

8. Manage the daily operations, if required.
