As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, and our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for helping with the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and grating. Your contribution in this area is vital to the smooth operation of our kitchen.
• Wash, peel, and clean vegetables and fruits as required, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use in our dishes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and utensils, promoting a safe and efficient workspace.
• Set up and stock work stations with the necessary equipment and supplies, helping to streamline the cooking process.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as dishwashers and deep fryers, to ensure they function correctly.
• Assist with the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet our quality and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area at all times, adhering to our food safety standards.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and requirements to ensure the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and our valued customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not required. We will provide training.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary industry.
