OK Stop Japanese Restaurant in Ashcroft, BC is looking for full-time cooks.

Job Position: Cook

Job Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and cook sushi, sashimi and rolls

·         Dress various raw fishes by deboning

·         Assist in planning seasonal/signature menu items

·         Determine food portion sizes

·         Monitor food and/or kitchen supplies

·         Train other kitchen staff

Job Requirement:

– Completion of secondary school required
– Min. 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required

Wage: $16.00~$20.00 per hour (To be negotiated)

Term: Permanent, Full-Time (30~40 hours per week)

Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
