Job requirements:

Languages: English.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Work site environment: Odors.

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate.

Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession, Restaurant.

Personal suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Team player.

Tasks:
Establish methods to meet work schedules, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff, Ensure food service and quality control, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Establish work schedules.

Supervision: 3-4 people.

Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods.
