Looking for an experienced cook in Middle Eastern cuisine, with the following job requirements;

1. Cook, prepare and make Middle Eastern cuisine

2. Plan menus, and determine the size of required portions to make appropriate meals

3. Maintain inventory, and make orders for missing items

4. supervise and train staff to help prepare meals

5. prepare meals to be prepared ahead of time so support cooks can help prepare them.

6. Must be able to supervise and train 2-3 people

7. Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in preparing Middle Eastern meals

8. English Language is required

9. No formal education required
