Salary: $20.00/hour

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 35 hours per Week

Employment Condition: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, On Call, Overtime, Weekend

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work site environment: Odours, Hot

Work setting: Food service establishment, Restaurant

Tasks:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

Ensure food service and quality control

Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Prepare and submit reports

Supervision: 3-4 people, 5-10 people

Transportation/travel information: Own transportation

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Walking, Physically demanding
