We aim to have a team-working person who drives or controls managerial positions to assist us in our business in the Vancouver area. Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. We expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the candidate will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planned, organized, directed, controlled, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Coordinating daily restaurant management operations

Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
control payroll and maintain all relevant records
Employment requirements
Completion of a college or other program on business management specially related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
Three to five years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
Passionate about hospitality, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail.
