We are committed to our clients as a one-stop shop offering Design, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction Management and Commissioning and Start-up for the offered process packages as well as After Sales Services.

At this we are looking for an experienced and hard-working Handyperson who will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance duties.

DUTIES:

Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse

Empty trash cans and other waste containers

Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings

Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs

Advertise vacancy

Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment

Perform minor repairs on any items within our office

Perform safety and security checks

Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants

Supervise other workers

Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies

Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Work with minimal supervision

REQUIREMENTS AND ASSETS:

–          2 years to less than 3 years of experience is required

–          Arabic and Spanish are an Assets
