Job requirements

Language: English

Education: secondary (high school) graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend

Work site environment: Outdoors

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, physically demanding

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20lbs)

Work setting: On-site customer service, Service, Various locations

Personal suitability: Reliability, Organized, Client focus, Values and ethics

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word

Tasks: Install, maintain and repair electronic equipment

Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies Repair or replace defective or worn parts and components

Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning

Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies

Calibrate products using hand tools

Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports

Type of Service and repair: Alarm/security system

Own tools/equipment: Safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed safety boots and hard hat
