The job is located at the following address: 244 Everglade Circle SW, Calgary, AB, T2Y 4N5 and Various locations.

Title of the position: Night Time Heavy Duty Cleaner – NOC 65312

Number of positions available: one.

Term of employment: 35h to 40h per week – full time – permanent position.

Language: English.

Wage: C$22.00 per hour.

Job Duties

·       Provide complete janitorial services by dusting, mopping and sweeping floors and surfaces

·       Collect and dispose of waste

·       Operate auto-scrubbers, ride on machines, carpet extractors and floor burnishing machines to complete periodic floor maintenance including stripping and waxing, buffing and burnishing hard floors and carpet cleaning

·       Lifting and moving furniture and equipment for the purpose of completing cleaning and floor maintenance

·       Assisting with loading, unloading and delivering cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment

·       Learn industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high quality results

·       Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing customers’ unique needs

Requirements

·       Will train, but previous experience in Cleaning will be preferred.

·       Some Secondary school education.

·       Familiar with industry best practices.

•         Ability to work under pressure while always maintaining a professional image.

•         Working independently with little direct supervision.

•         Have a well-balanced concern for both tasks and people.

•         Have a genuine concern for the needs of customers.
