Specific Skills
· Prepare dough for pizzas, pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for cookies, muffins, cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes provided
· Bake mixed dough and batters
· Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Additional Skills:
· requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
· supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
· train staff,
· organize and maintain inventory
Work Setting: bistro or small restaurant setting
