Wage: $ 17.00 per hr, 40 hrs per week, plus 4% remuneration for vacation pay of gross salary

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years

Language:  English

Work Setting:  Fast Food Restaurant

Specific Skills:

®     Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders

• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Draw up production schedules
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Operate machinery
• Organize and maintain inventory
