Responsibilities Tasks 1.Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. 2.Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries. 3.Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases. 4.Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents. 5.Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically. 6.Send and receive messages. 7.Prepare invoices and bank deposits. 8.Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing. 9.Order office supplies and maintain inventory. 10.Label files according to retention and disposal schedules. 11.Organize and schedule office work. 12.Store, update and retrieve financial data.
