Residential Construction Supervisor Full Time

This is a full-time job, with the following tasks:

·         Estimate costs and materials

·         Oversee apprenticeship training

·         Supervise workers and projects

·         Schedule jobs coming in and estimating timelines to complete

·         Prepare inventories and make orders accordingly

·         Co-ordinate and schedule staff rotations, and contractor jobs

·         Ensure health and safety regulations implemented

Candidate must be :

·         well organized

·         reliable

·         team player

Number of hours: 30 hours a week

Rate: $ 31.00 per week

Experience required: 2-3 years in construction supervision(residential and commercial)
