Food Service Supervisor Full Time

Spicecraft- Flavours of India located at 855 Shawnigan Lake-Mill Bay Rd, Mill Bay, BC V0R 2P2 is looking for Food Service Supervisor. Salary will be based on $23-$28 per hour depending upon experience. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week of work.  Candidate is expected to have good English speaking and supervisory skills. .”We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for this position”   Some of the job duties will be:   ·  Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of food service attendants; ·  Establish ways to meet the work schedule; ·  Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently; ·  Set-up procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations; ·  Manage the inventory and stocks used in preparation. Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines.
