Job duties:
· Conduct market research to identify customer trends, customer concerns, requirements, habits, and competitor offerings
· Assist in analyzing marketing date and marketing research to help shape future marketing strategies for the company
· Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to the management
· Develop strategies and related content for marketing campaigns and implement them
· Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing metrics
· Assess characteristics of driving training programs and services to be promoted to determine marketing needs of an establishment
· Discover and develop effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platform, etc. to promote the company’s driving training programs and services
· Propose brand marketing concepts and ideas, promotional materials and advertising copies
· Create goals and objectives to approach target customers through appropriate marketing channels
· Prepare new program and service marketing and promotion plans; undertake individual tasks of marketing and promotion plans as assigned to realize the marketing objectives
· Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics
· Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development
· Maintain regular customers and expand customer base, develop potential customers
Additional Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing industry
· Strong time management, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
· Ability to work and collaborate with teams
· Excellent collaboration and organization skills and capacities
· Ability to recognize industry trends and stay ahead of them
