Sushico Japanese Restaurant in Langley, BC is looking for full-time Cooks.

Job Description:

·         Prepare ingredients and cook various types of Japanese dishes including u-don, tempura, katsu-don, donburi, teriyaki and other menu

·         Determine size of food potions, estimate food requirements and cost

·         Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies

·         Train other kitchen helpers with advanced cooking skills

Job Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school required
– Min. 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.

Term: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $16.25 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
