Restaurant Supervisor Full Time

Tasty BBQ and Beer bar is a barbecue skewer and beer restaurant, and we are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor. 

Title of position: Restaurant Supervisor

No. of Positions: 1

Terms of employment: Full-time Permanent

Wages: $19.00/hour

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Location of work: 7771 Westminster Hwy #180, Richmond, BC V6X 3Y5, Canada 

Main job duties include:

• Supervisor and coordinate servers
• Oversee daily server schedules.
• Ensure service meets quality standards.
• Train servers in service procedures and restaurant policy.
• Present menu, make recommendations and take orders from customers.
• Answer questions regarding the menu, take orders and relay to the kitchen and deliver food to customers.
• Present bill to customers and accept payments.

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 1-2 years prior experience
• Ability to work as part of team, train and lead a team
• Client focused and ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain organized and effective in busy restaurant setting
