Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Duration: Full Time Permanent Position

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Number of openings:1
Wage: $26.50 /hour for 40 hours per week
Language: English.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
· Hire staff and train them for their work duties.
· Schedule staff according to their availability and work demand.
· Assign duties to workers and supervise their activities.
· Sell merchandise and authorize the product returns.
· Maintain enough inventory and order merchandise as per requirement.
· Resolve customer complaints and make sure they are satisfied.
· Resolve work place problems like repairs, equipment malfunction etc.
· Prepare weekly reports and report to owner.
· Perform key holding and managerial duties if required.
