Salary: $15.00/h (depending on experience) based on 30-36hr/wk

Benefits: 15 days of paid vacation

Language: English

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: 1-2 years related working experience or completion of a program in cooking.

Job Description:

– Prepare and cook dishes using recipes

– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

– Prepare and trim necessary ingredients for our menu

– Ensure food is prepared on time for all service periods by meeting food safety and quality standards

– Participate of menus plan, determine side of food proportions

– Ensure all operations follow safety and health guidelines in accordance with Government public health & sanitation regulations

– Minimizing waste to ensure Food Cost meets

– Train and supervise the kitchen staff in order to ensure productivity in the kitchen and assist as needed
