We are currently searching for an experienced bookkeeper. This position is critical to the daily operations of our business. The major responsibilities of this position include:
· Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
· Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
· Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
· Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
· Post journal entries
· Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
· Prepare tax returns
· Prepare trial balance of books
· Reconcile accounts
Computer and technology knowledge
· MS Excel
· MS Outlook
· MS PowerPoint
· MS Windows
· Quick Books
Requirements:
· 1 year to less than 2 years
· Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
Terms of employment:
Permanent Full time with 40 hours per week
Hours of work:
From Monday to Friday
From 9 am to 5 pm
Salary:
From $ 27.00 to $ 30.00 per hour
