Prepares and cooks all menu options. Takes customer orders and provides a positive customer experience. Operate the wok and cook every dish perfectly. Complete prep work, including cutting vegetables and meats Monitors the cleaning and disinfection of work areas, utensils, equipment. Maintains the proper functioning of the Woks, Canopy, Stove, Soup/Water Heaters, Butter Chicken heater, chillers and freezers and makes sure closed control and follow up on all machineries. Detects and ensures disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, and/or other unusual conditions.
