– Prepare and cook complete meals, dishes and food
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements, and order kitchen supplies
– Maintain a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.
– Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
– Hire kitchen staff in consultation with the manager
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Terms of employment: 30 – 44 hours per week
Contract duration: Full Time, Non-Seasonal, 2 Year Contract

Wage: $20-23 per hour

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Certificate/license: AGLC ProServe certificate is required
Work experience: 5 Year in Cooking with a Korean Cuisine Specialty
