About the Role:
Join our growing team as a Janitorial Services Manager! We’re looking for someone with hands-on cleaning experience and leadership skills to oversee our cleaning operations and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule janitorial staff, assign duties
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies
- Train new employees in safety and cleaning procedures
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Respond to clients and address their concerns
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 1–2 years of janitorial or cleaning management experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
