Job Description
Responsibilities:
Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.).
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and mop floors to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures for health, safety, and hygiene.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist with laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding linens when required.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to meet daily cleaning schedules and hotel standards.
• Uphold confidentiality and respect for guests privacy at all times
